lo que tienes es que no te sabes explicar...  a ver con mas detalles.

El problema esque esta en html soy nuevo en esta web en cual es toy mas vasado en pwg solo se utiliza html tu tiene ay aparenteme mente es una base de un layout lo que deberias hacer es hacerlo en php para que te sirviera porque seguros estas subiendo archivos x ftp

Juro que trato de entender lo que deices, lo juro... pero no hay caso.

En todo caso el codigo que ahi colocas, es css... no se que tiene que ver con php.
